Email Hub is a private, self-hosted workspace for reading and organising email, replying to messages, managing contacts and reviewing email security reports.
This public website contains product information only. The mail application, mailbox contents, contacts and agent API are available only inside the operator’s private network.
A mailbox owner can connect Gmail using Google sign-in. Email Hub uses IMAP and SMTP with OAuth to receive mail and, when separately enabled by the owner, synchronise read status, archive and Trash actions, restore messages and send mail.
IMAP and SMTP require the Google mail scope. Local application settings independently control which actions Email Hub performs. The owner may revoke Google access at any time.
People use the web interface. Separately authorised agent clients can access selected mailboxes through revocable API keys with limited permissions. Agent processing can be disabled, and messages assessed as unsafe are restricted.
